Immigrant, Migration vs Climate Changes

I believe that Susan Gibbs will have agreed with the video but not both of the articles though. Her response to the video will probably have been that she agrees that immigration is not the problem but the solution. The reason I say that in her reading she mention a source that will help toward the immigrant issue such as that Transitional Labor. Also I believe that she will agree the article (Environmentalists say: stop ALL of Arizona’s anti-immigrant) but disagree with the article (Global Warming Mean No More Mexicans Immigrants) . The Central American people come here for many reasons such as the advance in communities and technology, better jobs, and more freedom. The direct drives are following restriction polices, enforcement mechanisms, globalization, deregulation, and the trade liberalization. The indirect that help toward the migration issue was the General Agreement on Agriculture and Trade in Services and the Transitional Labor Citizenship. My opinion on the issues that the refugee that are being force out their homes or just wanting a better places to lives should have a right to do that . All people have unalienable right that cannot be taken away no matter what race or gender that person is .

Niegria( Environement Justice Blog )

As of today, the country of Nigeria Delta is face a horrible oil spill crisis. This oil spill has been going on for over 50 year. Whoand what being by this crisis? The people of Nigeria and the wild life are the ones that are being affect by this crisis. The people that are responsbile for the crisis is the oil company, and goverment. The Nigeria citizen are the ones that have too deal with issue on daily basics. The ones that are benefit from this Oil Spill Crisis, is the oil company such as Shell and Exxon,Nigeria Goverment, and the United States. Is it kind of stranger that the goverment of nigeria is benefit from this crisis but not the countries itself? In the video the reporter said that the goverment is receive sixty percent of the the product while the oil companys are receive fourth percent. Also in the weather world post article states that as end of January 2011 the Shell is being sue for by the Nigeria Courts saying claiming the Shell oil company has polltion caused by sabotage. The one issue that I cannnot seem to understand is how that the Vice President had issue the countries Mexico twenty million for this fishing and farming crisis but the country of Nigeria does not receive anything . I believe that some type of form of environmental racism. The people of Nigeria has nothing basic on daily they have to drinking unsantized water unpleasure food and live in broke down houses . As it mention in the Figueroa reading African Americans, Latino Americans, Native Americans, and Asian Americans are the ones that are dealing with environmental harms . Why is that all minority have to face this issues .In the Environemntal Justice and Social Ecology reading the authur Summer believe that throw waste in low wages countries is okay." Environmental justice movements usually advance issues and principles of distrubutive fairness"( Figueria)
In last the Nigeria start as wars by kidnaped the executive and killing them because they could take anymore . If only someone that Environment Justice this would have happen.

The movie Avtar came out in theater in 2009. The movie was about how human where invading  this place called Pandora where the Avtar live and where the human try to make plea with the Avtar tell they willl help them but that not true . The human only one these main object . The end the Avtar keep there home in send the human back to where they belong.  The movie Avtar has five main concept in it . The first concept is master narrative .   Master  narrative was show in this particular scene where the Avatar Nyteria  was show Jake how to be Avatar and also when she tell him how the bond between the horse in Avtar connect.  Another way is when she tell how the tree of Ewanya  is ancestor sister are locate in how that tree is goddess of land. The second concept is Anthropocentism was use in the movie the character Parker tell the Grace that main reason they are through is to get this rock that called the unobtainiun which is worth twenty million dollar per kilo. The third concept is Narrative self  this term is use in the film when Jake the main character does his video log  in the movie. This particular video log had caught my eye it was last log in that he done at the end of the movie when he told that will not be at lab anymore and he going celebrate his birthday now when he become an Avtar forever. The fourth concept is Paradigm was told in this movie where Dr. Grace was telling Jake  and  Norm how the tree of Eywa was a network of  forest  from root to root being connect to the land. The last concept  is Dualism this was in the movie when how Parker what they where going to help the Avtars  by teach the language , giving them land and road . This what was the human want not the Avtars . The term World  traveler was  decribe i n the movie when Jake first enter into the Avtar and he went to the Pandorm and how Jake turn in child in his new body . Methaphor was use in the film word like Skypeople, Savages, Buds and Betrayer. The main character where Jake the human who became an avatar, Grace the head sciencist,  Norm the Avatar Drive, and Parker the boss over the hold thing. The language the Avatar spoke was Navi.   " From both a feminist and an ecofeminist perspective, this exploration must be conducted within a specifc context: thus I have chosen to address the Makah tribe 's proposal to resume whale hunting a very current in Washington state, for this proposal creates a situation in which it appear that right. Cross Cultural Rem Ethnic '' Makah Whale Hunting "

Makah tribe hunting a Gray Whale

The article Cross  Cultural  Rem  Ethnic the main issue that the author address is how whale  hunting is like a sport for the tribe Makah tribe locate in Washingston state.  The European has basic colonism this tribe  by do the follow ing degarded  their land, destroy their culture and depressed the people  in the control . Also they brought disease such small pox killing of the tribe leaving only 654 in 1861.  In a recent, discussion in class we dicover how the Makah tribe voluntarily stop whaling hunt because they didnt want to killing all the whale.  Inaddition the United state had banned whale huntung in 1937 and they place on the endanger species list in1969. Since the government has banned  whaling the tribe has reach a high unemployment. Which is causing for a high of poverty , domestic violence , and drug abruse . The  year  1994 the gray whale was remove from the endangered list and request by makah and others. The very strange thing about this tribe is to me that  whaling is spirtual connection culture but not all people in their culture believe that whale hunting was right . For instance the elders was not be used for food.  Another issue the author make that thing that whale hunting is debate  on treaty rights, tradition, spirtuality, social problem, knowing whale, and colonism  and cultural imperalim. Both men and women play a particular role in this sport  event. The men role was to basic go hunt  for the whale . While the women had to stay in pitch black room  because that way the gray whale would fight off the hunter ." From this exploration of the Makah whale hunt, certain guideline can be derived  to aid antiracist white feminists and ecofeminist in developing ethical perspectives on cross cultural social and environemental issues" ( 21)
